Here is some commentary on the recently completed draft.   You are welcome to challenge any and all of my comments... 

Good start to the draft Al with Scottie Scheffler. I expected Jack to take Hovland and Andy with Rory.  Did Gabes take a second year player - Adberg early?  Time will tell.  I was also surprised to see Ikey take Thegala this early, then remembered that Ikey has a man crush on Sahith.  Good luck with that.

In round two, Gabes selection of Rahm - who will qualify for only 4 events - yes, majors, but that leaves 32 where he does not play....  and he also left Harman, Fitzpatrick, Finau, Fowler and Spieth for the rest of us.  Once again, we'll look back for the answer to the question - why so early...

Andy has a man crush on Zalatoris - or at least he feels Will owes him, so either way, I expected that Rd 3 pick.
The other 3rd rd picks went as expected based on 2023 finishes...

As I commented during the draft, Fox's selection of Eric Cole in Rd 4 snaked me.  Look for a solid season from Cole based on his finish in 2023.  Brooks Koepka's selection by Mags in Rd 4 was probably right, based on his Majors performances over the years and being a returning PGA champion.

I like the Mitchell pick by Al in Rd 6 and the Seamus Power pick by Mags in rd 7.

At this point We started seeing players with dual membership in the DP World Tour and PGA selected.  I grabbed Meronk in 9 and Perez in 12, Gabes took Hisatsune in 10 and Sobo took Ryan Fox in 8 and Olesen in 12, and Al grabbed Vilimaki as Mr. Irrelevant.  Let's see how many times each play a PGA event.

As for the LIV players who were drafted, expect all to make a contribution to their team.... just how much is the question.  
Rahm - Gabes
Koepka - mags
Cam Smith - Charlie
DeChambeau - Fox
DJ - Ikey
Reed - Mags
 and probably someone I missed.  You do not see my name on that list... for good reason.

For overall expectations, I have placed each team into one of three slots:

A Teams - best chances to do well...
Al - The first 5 picks are solid.  Scottie will win at least 3 times in 2024
Jack - Hovland will also win at least 3 times.  The rest of the team should be competitive
Sobo - A decent overall team with Justin Rose positioned to be an excellent pick in Rd 5

B Teams - Should finish in the middle..
Andy - too many questionable mid round picks
Fox - I like Cole and Harman.  Not sold on Hatton or Villegas
Ikey - Will do well if Im plays to his ability.  Same with Conners and Suh.  Many questions otherwise
My Ace Holes - Happy with my first 4 picks.  Schauffele is due to breakout in a major.  Gabes liked my Endycott pick in Rd 13..  Others will contribute.

C Teams - Gabes - Aberg in Rd 1 is OK.  After that, keep your fingers crossed.
Charlie - our newest participant.  First 3 picks are SOLID. After that, I'm not sure.   Webb Simpson has underperformed for 2 years now.  Woodland is coming off medical issues.   Otherwise, not too bad.
Mags - I like the top 2 in Morikawa and Fleetwood (even though Fleetwood has yet to break out with a W.) The Joel Dahman pick is round 11 is a head scratcher.  He was a disappointment on my team last year.  So, good luck with him.
