Guys, Attached you will find a spreadsheet with the final 2012 Roto Golf accounting. As you know, there are many ways to make and lose money in our format. Here's a breakdown on who won and lost what: Ikey is our 2012 champion. Congrats, Ikey! I thought Ikey drafted a great team, and his team proved it throughout the season. He never needed a waiver move to improve it either. To the champion goes the big dollars. Ikey wins $469.53, plus a good bottle of booze from Jack, a good bottle of wine from Andy, and a nice box of cigars from me. He's got everything he needs to throw a champions party. He could have won even more if his team had done well in the majors side bets, but I don't think we'll hear Ikey complaining. Jack's Smoothies finished in second place. Jack wins $314.58. His team did pretty well across the board, but I wouldn't spend that money too quickly, Jack. The Roto Baseball accounting will be coming out soon! Hans' Holes finished in third place. Hans wins $258.75. Hans didn't do well in the weekly skins department, but he did win a Grand Slam Skin, and his team mopped up in the majors side bets. Fox came from fifth place in the final week and finished fourth. Fox wins $79.85, primarily because he won the low team score of the year bet and won $80 on the score of 30 that he put up the first week of the season. My Skins fell to fifth place the last week of the season. My team also took the second worst pounding in the majors side bets. I lose $156.80. Al's Dimpled Balls are also blue this morning. He fell from the top spot early in the year and fell just out of the money. He loses $269.05. It would have been even worse had he not about broke even in the majors side bets. Willo's Royale-ers also fell hard as the season progressed, however, he won a Grand Slam skin, did well in weekly skins, and made some money in the majors side bets. The end result was just a mild spanking of $70.51. Not bad considering his team finished in seventh place. Sobo's Boy Toys pretty much sucked across the board, and the end result for Sobo was a league worst loss of $484.00. Andy's Hookers pulled tricks in the basement all year, but along the way they managed to win a Grand Slam Skin and mopped up in the majors side bets. The end result was a loss of only $142.35 even though his team finished last. So, based upon the rules, here is the draft slot selection order for the 2013 draft: Sobo Al Gabes Andy Willo Fox Hans Jack Ikey Congrats to all of the winners, and better luck next year to all of the losers. Thanks! Gabes (aka Commissioner Asshole)
