Boys, 

Here are the final numbers.  While my DBs managed no better 
than a 7th place finish overall, I will console myself w/ 
having the winner in Gabes Major Skins Pool.  Furyk was a 
deserving champion... even if no one really threatened him at 
all on Sunday.  He actually won the event late on Saturday 
when he finsished strong as Vijay wilted and fell out of the 
last group.  Playing w/ a three stroke lead on Stephen
Leaney... well, not exactly a tough way to win your first major.  
Though Leaney played better than most others just behind the 
two leaders.

In the pool, Gabes nosed out Hans for Day three honors... Hans 
nosed out Prep for Day 4... and Hans is the comfortable winner 
overall. Lots of separation to Gabes... and then lots of 
separation to Prep.  4 thru 10 was very close... but all out 
of the money.

Sobo... you see the $$$ won on the right, so take care of the 
accountong. 

hey, Gabes... what do I win for a Major Skin?  I am going to 
need all I can get to pay off Golf and Baseball side bets!

BTW... going forward, we will modify the format slightly.  
When we start 5 players, the first two days is best 4 scores.  
On the weekends, we go to best 3 scores.  In that way, there 
is still benefit to having more players make the cut (you 
get best 3 out of 5)... but someone who has two golfers cut 
can still have a chance on the weekend.

At the British, I suspect we will not be able to field 5 
man teams..  If so, then we will use best 3 of 4 first two 
rounds, and best 2 rounds on the weekends.
