A record of rules change discussions during the 2011 season:


After several complaints from owners who had replaced an injured
player with a DL move, only to have the replacement also get injured,
Sobo suggested that in such a case one be able to both reverse
the DL move and again replace the rostered player with a DL move.
We will implement this change next year.
