Guys, Note that DL moves can be made this Sunday, 4/2 ... please read on -> There are four kinds of moves that can be made this year. NR (non-restricted) moves made on the last Sunday of April through August you get 3 of these DL (disabled list) moves made any Sunday after the start of the season you get an unlimited number of these DL -> NR moves conversion of a DL move into an NR move made anytime while the DL move is in effect you only get 3 NR moves total <- DL moves reversing a DL move can be made any Sunday you must wait 1 week before again DLing your player Dl moves must be reversed on next to last Sunday of month if player is no longer on the DL Eventually Tom and I hope to build a simple web site to help manage this .. but it won't be this week mostly because Tom has a killer History test coming up that he's done nothing to prepare for yet. DL moves can be submitted this Sunday through email, to me: You can determine if your player is on the DL by visiting mlb.com, clicking on the Players link, entering your player's last name in the search box, and then selecting your player from the list of players returned. On your player's page, beside his name, in big letters, is the player's status. You might also be able to check the list of Injuries on the CBS Sportsline page, but I don't know how uptodate that will be. Note that right now there are many injured players who are not yet on the DL. Players such as MacDougal, Prior, and Wood. Probably they will be placed on the DL before Sunday. But if they aren't, then you cannot replace them. Please do not submit DL moves for players who are not on the DL. I will use MLB.com as the definitive source of info. ***************** Guys, Apparently the CBS site is sometimes more uptodate, in terms of listing who is on the DL, then the major league baseball site. So, I'll accept either of these sites stating that a player is on the DL as "proof" that you can make a DL move. Try this to see the players identified as DLed on the CBS site .. 1. Go to the site (duh) 2. Click on the Injuries link that you see in one of the menus that goes across the top of the page. 3. Click on the "expected return" header that you see at the top of the injury report. This should sort the info using that column .. essentially bring all the DL info to the top. Fox
