Even less action than expected at the final move date.  Two of the four moves went unused: Jack and
Ike.  Must be a non-aggression pact down there.

Three owners did make changes.  "Common Man" Mags flipped three switches, reversing three mistakes;
Willo tuned up using his last move and a reversal, and Hans used his last move to attempt to
continue his move up the standings in September.  Both moves got their first choice.
