What a weekend!  More action in Cyberzahm than at a crap table with a white
hot shooter.  Seven trades, and fifteen reserve moves.  Only John completely
abstained from activity (does anyone know if the great Northwest is in
hibernation?). He's not used a move yet this year, and only the trade where
he snaked Andy leads me to hope he hasn't been eaten by a bear.

Plenty of teams looking to position themselves for a run after the All Star
break next week.  Terry led with three moves, while Hans, Gabes, and Al all
shot their wad.  Fox phoned in a trade from The Aulde Sod, and the Mazins
played for position by drafting an ex-closer to improve their reserve
request for Tim Wakefield.  Guess Andy didn't see the news about Wakefield
getting only 2-3 more starts.  Let's hope everyone stays healthy.

Oh, and here's another surprise.  The amazing Nuts picked up another Twinkie
by reserving Edgar Rentaria and picking up 2B Luis Rivas.  Pretty soon,
they'll be picking up players from the Twins AAA team- if Pohlad hasn't sold
it by then.

Guys, here's a recap of the trades and the executed moves (full list is
attached).  Even more than normal, take a look to ensure I've gotten
everything straight.  The spot where we are vacationing is so far out in the
boonies I'm accessing the Net via a party line, so 'let the owner beware'.

The next move period will also include the last trading opportunity.  For
those of you looking for the big bat to overtake the Mazins, Bagwell will be
available.
